Four Counties Care is a healthcare agency providing staffing solutions.
Established in 2010 and owned by husband and wife team - Colin and Rachel, Four Counties Care is a family run business with offices based in Leicester and Tamworth.
Four Counties have grown the business over the years from strength to strength. They employ a handpicked team that share the same values that have made Four Counties what it is today.
Colin Wade - Director Colin is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the business. He has a long-standing career within the healthcare sector and has been responsible for securing many major contracts within the NHS, supplying nurses and carers across the country.
Rachel Wade - Finance Manager Rachel oversees all of the finances, accounts, payroll and invoicing. She comes from a strong management background and is highly organised and efficient.
Nicola Evans - Operations Manager Nicola is an experienced care manager and has vast knowledge of the care sector. She manages the shift co-ordination, compliance, recruitment, retention, safeguarding matters and training. She is friendly, polite and flexible. Nicola will always put the ‘customer’ first.
Mike Evans - Business Development Manager Mikes identifies sales leads and promotes services to new and existing clients. He looks after all recruitment including face to face interviews with potential candidates. Mike has been working in customer relations for over 17 years and has vast experience with customer service and recruitment. He promotes the business values, has a great attitude and an honest way of working, which our clients value.
Tony Barnes - Senior Bookings Co-ordinator
Tony has enjoyed many years at senior level within the customer service sector. He is loyal, disciplined, reliable and has excellent communication skills. Tony will ensure that we fulfil our clients’ requests quickly and provide suitable staffing for the requested location.
Paige Ridgeway - Bookings coordinator
Paige has an extensive background in care and telephone customer service. Paige is the newest member of the team joining in April 2022.
Paige is courteous to our clients and our workers and has proven to be a valuable asset with her communication skills and warm demeanour when dealing with enquiries.
